there's a sun on the open field
down at the end of the avenue rio
warming up the cold, cold ground
turning all those frowns upside down
there's a sound that you hear at night
it sounds like traffic mixed with a bar-fight
keeping you awake all night
keeping all your nerves strung tight
if you think you should
then you probably should
sleeping all the way to Hollywood
I know the bus you take
it's the first one out of the state
I guess I'll see you next time you come around
In a more perfect world, this band would blaring out of every radio on Earth. The lyrics, the vocals, the just-outta-teens snark and earnestness... so much to love. paulimboden

These guys remind me A LOT of old school REM. Not in the sense of being derivative but rather they've filled the gap left by that band's retirement. BRAVO good sirs. Timothy Carr
